Team Management: - Lead and mentor a team of regional sales managers and coordinators. Business Development: - Identify new business opportunities in commercial segments (real estate, retail, institutional, etc.). - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Present company products and solutions to key decision-makers. Sales Strategy: - Plan and execute region-specific strategies to meet revenue targets. - Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking. Coordination: - Work closely with the internal sales and technical teams for proposals and execution. - Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate leads. Education : Graduate in Business/Marketing, MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 7 years in B2B sales, preferably in commercial or industrial product lines. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong network in commercial sectors, CRM proficiency. Age -30-40 years
