Job Title: Business Development Manager - Consultative IT Sales Location: Mumbai Salary Range: 8-12 LPA Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in IT sales or related field Job Overview: NewtonAI is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Consultative IT Sales to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, client consultation, and solution-based selling. This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage with clients, understand their needs, and tailor AI-driven IT solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote NewtonAI's AI-driven IT solutions to corporate clients. Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose customized AI IT solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business. Product Demonstrations: Create compelling presentations and prototypes to showcase NewtonAI's AI IT solutions and their value propositions. Market Research & Analysis: Identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and keep abreast of competitor offerings. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales strategies with NewtonAIs business objectives. Training Program Development: Design and propose B2B corporate training programs in AI and IT , aligning them with client requirements. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field . Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, consultative sales, or business development . Proven track record of successfully selling AI-driven IT solutions or SaaS-based products . Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business environments . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment . Key Skills: Consultative Selling & Negotiation : Ability to understand complex client needs and craft tailored AI IT solutions. CRM & Sales Tools : Proficiency in CRM platforms for tracking and client management. Market Analysis & Lead Generation : Identifying potential clients and converting leads into long-term customers. Presentation & Demonstration Skills : Creating impactful sales pitches and product demonstrations. Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving : Ability to devise innovative solutions and strategies to achieve sales targets. Additional Skills: Experience selling AI-powered or SaaS-based IT solutions . Knowledge of corporate training solutions and enterprise software . Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise software integrations. Understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes .
