About Us: We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency and SaaS provider helping B2B businesses in the US scale their marketing and operations. Our services include SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and SaaS solutions tailored for lead generation, automation, and business growth. Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals for our digital marketing and SaaS offerings. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and final contract closure. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential US-based B2B clients using outbound and inbound strategies. Sales Pitch & Demos: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Client Negotiation & Deal Closure: Engage with decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, etc.), address objections, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts. Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to align sales strategies with service offerings. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate sales reports in CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in digital marketing or SaaS. Strong expertise in B2B client negotiations and closing deals in the US market. Hands-on experience in lead generation via cold outreach, LinkedIn, and email campaigns . Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in US time zones. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing, etc.). Experience in selling SaaS solutions to US-based clients. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound email marketing. What We Offer: Competitive salary + high-performance incentives.
