Role & responsibilities Identify, attract, and onboard potential franchise partners. Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies. Generate leads through networking, marketing, and outreach. Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new locations. Manage franchise agreements, negotiations, and legal documentation. Provide training and operational support to franchisees. Ensure franchisees adhere to company standards and brand guidelines. Monitor franchisee performance and implement improvement strategies. Assist in marketing, promotions, and local store launches. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business expansion. Experience in retail, fashion, or jewelry industry preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of achieving business growth targets. Ability to travel as required for franchise meetings and store openings.
