Esports Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue for the BGMI esports vertical. [Responsibilities] Identify and establish partnerships with brands/companies and agencies Develop and pitch sponsorship proposals tailored to potential partners in the BGMI esports space. Work with internal teams to create sponsorship packages Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration. Work on the commercials and agreements Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences within the BGMI esports ecosystem. Work closely with operation and product teams to ensure successful execution of sponsorship deliverables [Key Requirements] 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within esports or gaming. Proven track record of securing partnerships and achieving revenue targets. Comprehensive understanding of the BGMI esports landscape, including tournaments, teams, and audience dynamics. Familiarity with the Indian gaming ecosystem and emerging market trends.
