Job Description: - 1. Increased Revenue Generation Identifies new business opportunities and markets. Expands the client base through targeted outreach. Converts leads into profitable projects. 2. Client Relationship Management Strengthens relationships with existing clients. Ensures repeat business and long-term partnerships. 4. Brand Positioning Enhances the companys presence in the market through networking and events. Positions Esscons as a leader in MEPF design services. 5. Strategic Planning Analyzes market trends to align services with industry demands. Suggests innovative service offerings like energy-efficient solutions. 6. Competitive Advantage Keeps the company ahead by identifying competitor strategies. Introduces differentiators like custom design solutions or faster delivery. 7. Improved Proposal and Bidding Process Prepares compelling proposals for government and private tenders. Increases win rates through targeted bidding strategies. 8. Cross-Selling Opportunities Promotes a full range of services (lighting design, fire safety, HVAC, IT & ELV systems) to clients. Maximizes project value by integrating multiple services. A BDM can play a critical role in driving growth and expanding Esscons' impact in the MEP industry Requirements: Experience: 1-4 years in sales or project management within architecture/engineering services. Familiarity with outsourcing/offshoring business models is a plus. Skills: Proven sales expertise, ability to work independently, willingness to travel, and familiarity with Sales force is an advantage. Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (postgraduate in Management/Business preferred).
