Process leads in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors Lead generation and proactively follow up on leads. Employee has to work on the leads provided by company. Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines Liaise effectively with all departments within Euronics to ensure customer requirements are met.
