Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Managers (B2I / B2A Sales Professionals) who will be responsible for institutional outreach, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth in the EdTech space. This role demands exceptional networking skills, consultative sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the academic ecosystem to drive engagement with universities, engineering colleges, and technical institutions. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify, pursue, and convert high-value institutional partnerships for upskilling and training programs. Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with universities, colleges, and professional institutions. Drive revenue by positioning ExcelRs skilling solutions as a preferred choice for academic institutions. Institutional Partnerships & Engagement Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers , including Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, Directors, Deans, HODs, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) . Collaborate with academic leadership teams to implement customized learning solutions for students and faculty. Consultative Sales & Solutioning Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations , articulating the value and ROI of our upskilling programs. Understand institutional needs, propose tailored learning pathways , and negotiate agreements effectively . Market Intelligence & Strategy Stay ahead of higher education trends, skilling needs, and government initiatives influencing academia. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance outreach and engagement strategies. Sales Performance & Reporting Maintain an active pipeline of institutional partnerships , ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies for continuous institutional engagement .
