Role & responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for manpower services in the facilities management sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including facility managers, procurement officers, and business owners. Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships. Understand client requirements and propose tailored manpower solutions to meet their needs. Develop and implement a business development strategy to target new sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is a plus. Graduate with experience in facilities industries also preferred. Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and bids to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure competitive, yet profitable agreements. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that contracts are executed smoothly and client expectations are met. Perks and benefits As per company norms.
