Role & responsibilities: Develop a strong presence within the assigned territory Drive revenue Build and manage relationships with enterprise customers Position FCS as a trusted advisor in corporate eLearning Qualify opportunities and build a business pipeline Understand customer problems and work with the technical team to build solutions Presentation of solutions to Senior Management/CXOs Commercial negotiations and close orders for products and services Requirements : • 8-12 years in IT sales preferably 2+ years in eLearning solutions • Significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive-level decision-makers • Experience in RFX proposal generation and tender bid submission will be an added advantage • Exceptional communication skills • Proven track record of selling directly to customers and managing the entire sales process • Self-motivated to regularly interact with customers on phone/web/physical meetings and establish relationships
