SBTL International caters as the back office in India for the School of Business and Technology London for various operational needs. School of Business and Technology London is a very successful and innovative college with over 3200 active students and over 120 courses. At SBTL International, we are in need of someone who is skilled in Business Development and who plays a crucial role in driving the growth and sustainability of our organization. This position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the company. We are searching for an ambitious person to spearhead our marketing campaigns. The prospective applicant should have excellent communication skill and should have the talent to bring in enormous business development opportunities. Job Responsibilities as a Business Development Officer: Formulate and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies Know your market and know your customer Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, banners, hoardings, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events Conduct deep market research and analysis to evaluate trends. Building brand awareness and analyzing competition ventures Initiate surveys to evaluate customer requirements and dedication Preparing content for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, pamphlets, social media, website material etc.) Researching demand for the organization’s products and services Maintain relationships with third parties to ensure collaboration in promotional activities. Creating new strategies that will enable the organisation to increase the overall sales and revenue Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing Liaising with other departments(Support team, IT team and SEO) and ensuring that the work is carried out correctly Develop and implement communications campaigns with appropriate media in order to attract enquiries from prospective students and agents. (advertising, direct mailings, newsletters etc.) Develop and maintain a database of student, academic and agent contacts to facilitate customer relationship management & direct mailing to recruit prospective students. Conducting seminars, webinars to actively promote the business. Prepare an annual marketing report to facilitate strategic decision making by management Reporting to Operations Head and Director on a timely basis.
