Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the prototyping and manufacturing sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients via calls and emails. Understand client needs and propose tailored prototyping solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements. Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to align business development efforts with project execution. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth targets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts to senior management. Preferred candidate profile Exceptional communication skills in English. Exceptional Negotiation, and presentation skills Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Preferred). Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the prototyping, manufacturing, or engineering sectors. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and how they apply to prototyping processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CAD software, 3D printing, CNC machining, and other manufacturing technologies is a plus.
