Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients. Identify market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Stay up-to-date on industry developments by attending conferences, workshops, or reading relevant publications. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the advertising/marketing agency space. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (preferably specializing in Advertising/Mass Communication or International Business). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media platforms like LinkedIn), email campaign management using Excel/Google Sheets. Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and growing revenue streams.
