*Job Title:* Business Development Manager *Job Location:* Banaglore *Experience:* 1-3 years in the IVF industry (Preferred) *Job Type:* Full-time | Field Sales Role *Job Description:* We are looking for a *Business Development Executive* to strengthen our *doctor referral network* for our IVF services. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the IVF industry and strong connections with doctors. *Key Responsibilities:* Meet *gynecologists, fertility specialists, and general physicians* to generate IVF referrals. Build and maintain *strong relationships* with doctors and medical professionals. Educate doctors about our *IVF services, success rates, and patient care approach*. Identify and onboard *new doctors* into the referral network. Organize *CME programs, events, and medical discussions* to engage doctors. Ensure *consistent follow-ups* with doctors to maintain a strong referral pipeline. Work closely with the marketing team to implement *doctor engagement strategies*. Achieve *monthly referral targets* and contribute to overall business growth. *Key Requirements:* *1-3 years of experience in the IVF industry* (Preferred). Strong *doctor network and connections* in the fertility/IVF field. Excellent *communication and relationship-building* skills. Willingness to *travel* locally for doctor meetings. Self-motivated with a *sales-driven mindset*. *Salary:* Best in industry + Incentives
