Please find the JD for your reference: Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) RPO Sales & Recruitment Location : Bangalore Experience : 5+ years in Business Development (Consultancy/RPO Sales/Recruitment) Industry : Recruitment, Staffing, RPO (Domestic & International) Job Summary : We are looking for a results-driven business development manager with expertise in RPO sales, recruitment consultancy, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, negotiating, and closing deals with domestic and international clients. They should be skilled in building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and securing contracts with product-based companies. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify, engage, and acquire potential clients for RPO and recruitment services. Sales & Revenue Growth β Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue from staffing/RPO solutions. Stakeholder Management β Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers to pitch and close deals. Negotiation & Deal Closure β Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Market Research & Strategy β Analyze industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and create targeted outreach strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration β Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless recruitment execution. Domestic & International Expansion β Drive business growth across both local and global markets. Key Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Business Development, RPO Sales, or Recruitment Consultancy Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closures Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and sales expertise Experience in selling recruitment or RPO solutions to domestic & international clients Ability to drive revenue growth through B2B sales strategies Familiarity with market research, competition analysis, and business planning Excellent communication and presentation skills
