Job Role: BDM Location: Delhi Experience Required: 8-10 Year Job Description The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of our sales strategy for the (Delhi) division of Dhoop Agarbatti Incense Spirituals Aromatherapy Products, Fragrances, and other related products. and for managing the overall NAM C&H sales team. Contributes to the development of an overall sales strategy Dhoop Agarbatti Incense Spirituals Aromatherapy Products, Fragrances, and other related products for to establish a robust pipeline of revenue Identifies and helps to drive key growth initiatives based on target markets and service offerings Works with corporate marketing to drive awareness of Hari Darshan Sevashram Pvt. Ltd capabilities Develops sales presentations for clients, consistent with the sales and marketing strategies Identifies and participates in relevant exhibitions and conferences Drives the development of cost proposals, leveraging the client services team Directs the sales efforts of the sales team (including sales executive and account managers) towards the achievement of specific annual sales targets Manages and develops the members of the sales team Presents to clients regarding our delivery capabilities Assists developing and managing a qualification process for prospective sales opportunities Leads periodic pipeline meetings in order to drive sales actions and alignment with strategy As required, contributes to Hari Darshan Sevashram Pvt. Ltd global expansion strategies. Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications MBA-Marketing /Bachelor's or equivalent - Required 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales / account management within client service industry(sales) Required 5+ years of previous supervisory experience - Preferred Experience in managing other sales resources - Required
