Business Development Manager (BDM) is expected to work independently on small and medium size projects. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with existing and new clients. BDM is responsible for developing growth strategies and plans for the region. Increasing client base. Having an in-depth knowledge of business processes and value proposition. Roles and Responsibilities Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Arranging business development meeting with prospective clients. Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives • Increasing client base Writing business proposals Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Participation in delivery of key projects Qualifications & Requirements. 8 - 10 years of experience in industrial construction and project management field. • Proven working experience in a relevant role • High-level communication skills • Proven ability to negotiate • Ability to build rapport • Proficiency in English • Proficiency in computer • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team • Experience working to and exceeding targets Preference • Position requires experience in large project construction, Construction Co-ordination, Design Co-ordination, Client Relationship, process design, working knowledge of the beverage and healthcare industry and good understanding of project management. • Experience working MS Project • • Understanding of project management techniques and procedures involved.
