Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic system integrators and key government stakeholders. Act as a key liaison between HFCL and external partners to explore new business opportunities. Monitor government procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP) and industry events to identify upcoming projects and tenders. Collaborate with the internal sales team to hand over qualified leads and support during the sales lifecycle. Participate in partner meetings, reviews, and business planning sessions to align on growth targets. Maintain up-to-date documentation of interactions, opportunities, and funnel. Support marketing and promotional efforts targeted at government and SI partners. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, or related field; MBA preferred. • 10 - 15 years of experience in business development or partner/channel management, preferably in the telecom, networking, or IT hardware domain. • Prior experience handling government customers or partners in North India is highly desirable.
