Opening for Business Development Manager Looking for an exciting and enterprising professional with marketing prowess who can diligently seek out business opportunities and source out new clients. Requirements: Female candidate with an attractive personality, excellent communication skills, eloquent in speech and confident in making presentations. Educational requirements: BTech, BCom, BBA, Bachelors in marketing/sales Preferably a masters degree/diploma/course certification related to Business management & development, marketing/advertising. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Marketing & Sales/Business development. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and Generating New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries. Develop and implement strategies to attract new business. Proactively seek out and pursue new leads and opportunities. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service. Developing and Implementing Business Strategies: Develop and implement business development plans and strategies to achieve company goals. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Managing Projects and Sales: Oversee the execution of business development projects and initiatives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Close deals and secure new business opportunities. Prepare presentations and proposals to potential clients. Essential Skills: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively. Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles and strategies. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse data and identify solutions to problems. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects and initiatives effectively. Sales Skills: Ability to identify and close new business opportunities. Market Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct market research and identify trends.
