Business Development Manager - Influencer Marketing About Wishlink Wishlink is on a mission to revolutionize the creator economy and redefine how people shop. Were all about providing every user with a highly personalized shopping experience guided by creators, so they can find exactly what they want, in a very short time, while improving their online shopping experience severalfold. We are shaping a new era at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet- e-commerce and social media . Team and Investors Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan , Shaurya , and Divyansh , with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. Growth Opportunity We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 150cr. We are working with over 10,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more. Wishlink presents an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space, have the chance to work at an emerging consumer-tech startup and be an integral part of this dynamic journey. What would you be doing Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to acquire new clients and partners. Identify potential customers, conduct outreach, and build relationships with brands, agencies, and businesses looking to leverage influencer marketing technology. Educate clients on the value and capabilities of our SaaS platform, demonstrating how it enhances their influencer marketing efforts. Work closely with product and marketing teams to align customer needs with platform features and enhancements, as well as contribute to product development by providing market insights and user feedback. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure successful onboarding of new clients. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the influencer marketing SaaS space. Maintain a strong sales pipeline, track metrics, and report on performance to leadership. What are we looking for Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in a SaaS or influencer marketing company. Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to generate leads, manage sales cycles, and close deals. Experience working with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience selling marketing or advertising technology solutions. Strong network within the influencer marketing or digital advertising industry. Prior experience working with influencer marketing SaaS platforms.
