Inside Sales Executive - US Staffing Solutions Location: India Experience: Minimum 3 years in US staffing sales Shift: US Shift (EST/PST) Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience in US staffing solutions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management with companies looking for IT and non-IT staffing services. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential clients in the US market who require staffing solutions. Cold Calling Email Outreach : Engage with decision-makers (HR, hiring managers, procurement) through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their staffing needs. Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Proposal Negotiation : Create proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts with clients. Market Research : Stay updated on hiring trends, competitors, and client needs in the US staffing industry. Collaboration with Recruitment Teams : Work closely with recruiters to ensure client requirements are met. Key Skills Requirements: Minimum 3 years in US Staffing Sales : Proven experience in business development for staffing solutions. Lead Generation Cold Calling : Strong skills in outbound prospecting and B2B sales. Excellent Communication : Fluent in English with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Understanding of US Hiring Process : Familiar with IT non-IT staffing, contract staffing, and recruitment cycles. CRM Sales Tools : Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot/Salesforce. Goal-Oriented Self-Motivated : Ability to work in US shifts and achieve monthly sales targets.
