In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the contract staffing market, with a specific focus on non-IT industries and blue-collar workforce needs. Your HR expertise will be invaluable in understanding client requirements, building rapport with hiring managers, and developing effective staffing solutions. Job Description : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in non-IT, blue-collar sectors. Conduct client needs assessments and develop tailored staffing solutions. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business. Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
