Job Summary: We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive end-to-end international sales . This is a target-based role where you will be responsible for generating leads , managing the entire sales cycle , and closing deals for our core service offerings . You can use any professional channel (Upwork, LinkedIn, cold emails, etc.), and the company will provide the tools you need. Your Responsibilities: Generate leads and drive sales for: Web Development Mobile App Development Custom Software Development CRM/ERP Solutions Use platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other professional methods. Manage complete sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals. Prepare proposals, pitch services, negotiate, and finalize contracts. Maintain CRM with accurate sales data and report performance regularly.
