We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its ETP / STP Project team and contribute to the Sales/Revenue Generation. We're looking for an experienced BDM to join our team in Greater Noida. The Ideal candidate should have experience in ETP/STP/ZLD private and government tenders/projects. Job Description: Position: Business Development Manager Location: Greater Noida Department: STP/ETP/Waste Water treatment Employment Type: Full-Time Salary - upto 6.00 LPA Qualification - B.tech & MBA will be preferred Mandatory Requirement - Must Have ETP/STP Business Development Experience Responsibilities: Identifying and analysing potential markets, customers, and opportunities for ETP/STP/Wastewater treatment projects. Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in STP/ETP/Waste Water treatment. Identifying and approaching potential clients, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. Leading and mentoring a team of professionals involved in business development, sales, and project management. Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and partners.
