Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify, generate, and qualify leads for IT outsourcing projects. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. Prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. Business Development and Sales Strategy IT Solution Selling and Client Acquisition Contract Negotiation and Deal Closing Market Research and Competitive Analysis Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Networking and Relationship Management Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving Preferred candidate profile 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the IT outsourcing industry. Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing long-term client relationships. Experience working with international clients and handling cross-border projects. Familiarity with the IT services landscape, including web and mobile development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and DevOps. Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. Proven success in securing projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Toptal, or Guru . Prior experience working with international clients.
