About the job: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the geospatial industry to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with GIS, remote sensing, location intelligence, and related technologies, and will be able to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs. Key responsibilities: 1. Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. 2. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet their requirement. 3. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance. 4. Develop personal leadership, generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships. 5. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs. 6. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships. 7. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Requirements: 1. Ability to communicate and present the company's offering to top government officials. 2. Presentable and Confident with excellent interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to travel as and when required, Pan India. 4. Pro LinkedIn user for lead generation and confident in cold calling. 5. Ability to conversion of leads into business. 6. Strength in problem solving, issue resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. 7. Must be online/offline meetings, Pan India. 8. Should have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. 9. We're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills.
