Job Description

1. Sales/ Operational Manager Work Role & Targets: 1. Key Responsibilities: A. Strategy & Planning Develop and execute product-wise sales plans Analyze market trends and competitor strategies Set short- and long-term sales goals aligned with company targets B . Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives or representatives Weekly 3 calls of every employee to be audited and QA score should be given accordingly. Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews C. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities D . Reporting & Analysis Track KPIs: revenue, conversions, retention Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports should be shared in the group on daily basis. 2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Revenue Target: Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas Lead Conversion Rate: 30% of leads converted Customer Acquisition: Number of new clients onboarded on daily basis will be 30% of the overall calling. Client Retention Rate: Repeat business or renewal rate Sales Cycle Time: Average time taken to close the sale Team Performance: 70% of team members meeting targets 3. Targets: Monthly Individual Target: 30L. (Investment) Monthly Team Target: 50L - 1 Cr (Investment) Monthly Overall Target: 2Cr (Investment) New Clients per Month: 100–500 (B2C) Lead Conversion Rate Goal: 15–30% Team Target Achievement: 80%+ of team meeting quota
