Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities. Identify and engage with potential corporate partners. Conduct thorough assessments of potential corporates to ensure strategic alignment. Deliver comprehensive presentations on KC GlobEds products, services, and offerings. Communicate the benefits, features, and advantages of partnering with KC GlobEd. Educate potential corporate on minimization of learning and development cost, increase talent retention, alignment of organizational goals with employees upskilling goals. Highlight unique selling propositions (USPs) and provide insights into high ROI and better talent retention. Schedule and facilitate follow-up meetings with VP and CEO for deal progression. Coordinate and invite key decision taker of corporates in conference with academia leaders to establish good relations. Ensure seamless transition of prospects through the sales pipeline. Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing training centers. Act as the primary contact to maintain engagement and foster long-term partnerships. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support post-sales. Address issues or concerns promptly to maintain high corporate partner satisfaction. Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both verbal and wrien. Be self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel across the nation. Demonstrate an aggressive approach towards achieving sales targets. Continuously seek opportunities to expand the corporate network and drive revenue growth. Track and report on the performance of corporate partnerships, including revenue generated, project outcomes, and partner satisfaction. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.
