Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager Business Development with 3-4 years of experience in technology solutions, cloud computing, or IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding our presence in Dehradun and Chandigarh. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud services, data security, and managed IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for cloud computing, AI solutions, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. Build relationships with corporate clients, government organizations, and industry stakeholders. Generate leads, conduct presentations, and close deals with potential customers. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions and portfolio of cloud services and security solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Develop and implement strategies to expand’s market presence in Dehradun and Chandigarh. Provide feedback to product teams to improve service offerings. Networking & Partnerships: Attend industry events, trade shows, and business meetings to promote [Company Name]. Collaborate with partners and resellers to enhance market penetration. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, IT, or a related field. Experience: 3-4 years in business development, sales, or account management in IT services, cloud computing, or cybersecurity. Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Understanding of cloud computing, AI-driven applications, cybersecurity, and managed IT solutions. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
