Job Description

The position holder will lead business development initiatives to generate & engage with business partners to build new business for L&T GeoStructure in the Western Region. The candidate should have prior business development experience in related business with strong network. Responsibilities Identification of new business opportunities in the Ground Engineering Business (Embedded retaining Structures, Piling and Deep Shafts, Basement & Intake Structures, Marine and Deep Foundation- supported Bridges) in Western Region. Preparation of a business expansion plan in the region. Interaction with key clients to meet the set business targets. Preparation of EOI and PQ documents. Represent GeoStructure at Industry tradeshows, conferences, seminars. Interact with Internal and External stakeholder as a part of the job. Develop short- term & long-term business plan and revenue generation opportunities. Expertise in Tendering and Pre-contracts. Willingness / flexibility for extreme travelling (if necessary) Experience in dealing with complex environments and contributed for business growth. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering 10+ years' prior industry in business development related area experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented The position will be based at MUMBAI Show more Show less
