This is a full-time on-site role for Business Development Manager located in Bangalore. The concerned person will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. They will be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing, and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT system integration, networking, security, and cloud solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet customer needs. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and vendors. - Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Requirements 5-8 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or account management, ideally with an IT infrastructure in B2B environment. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise-level accounts. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
