Brand Creation and Positioning: Work with the DGM Marketing & Innovation and other teams to help define and create the brand identity for new brands. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the target market, customer needs, and competitor landscape. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitors to ensure brand strategies Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, challenges, and potential partnerships. Analyze sales data, track brand performance, and provide insights for optimization. Brand Promotion and Launch Strategies: Plan and execute product launches, events, and campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of new brands to the market. Work closely with the sales team to ensure brand visibility across multiple channels (retail and partnerships). Sales and Revenue Growth: Work with sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that drive sales growth for for new brands. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets. Implement promotional schemes and incentives to drive product uptake and customer loyalty. Stakeholder Management and Networking: Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and industry partners & Maintain a network of industry contacts and partners to facilitate new business opportunities and collaborations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to navigate datasets and derive meaningful insights Proven experience in managing product launches and executing go-to-market strategies. Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as required for events and activations. Travel between Gurgaon and Kolkata will be there. Experience in Beauty and fragrances and New brand launch is preferred.
