We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on sales and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach. Qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive company growth. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and business cases to clients. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and other relevant data to senior management. Use CRM tools and other systems to track and report on sales activities and progress. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams (such as product, marketing, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of business deals and customer satisfaction. Attend conferences, meetings, and networking events to represent the company and grow the business. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in IT industry. Experience in sales strategy development and successful deal closures. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of market trends and industry standards. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented, proactive, and innovative. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
