Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Represent Esarwa at global tech exhibitions, industry events, and partner meetings • Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors and resellers • Drive outbound B2B sales across target markets (India, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and beyond) • Collaborate with the technical/product team to tailor solutions and demos based on client needs • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including follow-ups and proposal submissions • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and enterprise clients • Work closely with marketing to align sales campaigns and partner communications • Track and report KPIs, lead conversions, and pipeline status using CRM tools Preferred candidate profile • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or ERP/SaaS software sales • Experience with international client or distributor engagement is a strong plus • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value • Comfortable with travel (domestic & international) • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work across time zones • Familiarity with Email and marketing tools is a plus • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
