Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Information Technology Staffing Service Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing services sales, with 5 to 10 years of experience. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Creating new business opportunities, partnerships and expanding Crowns market reach Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Identify and target potential clients, including large Information Services System Integrators and GCCs. Assisting with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations and other documents as appropriate Collaborate with the resource delivery leadership team to create campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness and revenue realisation. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients. Provide ongoing support to clients and address any issues that arise. Market Analysis: Conducting Market Research to identify new business opportunities Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies as needed. Analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and review the annual sales plan and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Ensure Meeting Guidance Revenue Budgets , Timely Sales Reports Ensure timely Review and continual improvement with the Resource Delivery Leadership and Management inorder to meet Revenue realisation guidance and budgeted revenue targets Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in Information Technology Staffing services sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales management. Sound Knowledge of IT products and services is a must .
