Job summary Korcomptenz is looking for Dynamic Business Development Managers, who will be able to run the sales cycle from end-to-end. The job involves taking the qualified opportunities provided by the inside sales team, to closure, by creating strong rapport with decision makers and articulating the key differentiators of our solutions. Also need to be able to develop new opportunities with their industry contacts. We need go-getters with an entrepreneurial spirit and an outbound "hunter" mentality. You must be naturally curious about technology, self-motivated and committed to achieving targets, by creating new business opportunities across our entire technology portfolio. You need to be a team player that enjoys working and winning with a close-knit team. Responsibilities Identify and engage with prospective clients in North America to generate qualified leads. Quickly understand the various technology portfolios that Korcomptenz offers, uncover customer needs, articulate our key differentiators to win the sale. Strong team player who collaborates with other departments (globally) throughout the sales process and inspires confidence in prospects. Develop rapport with C-suite decision makers with strong communication and relationship building skills. Aggressively uncover new opportunities and convert them into revenue, Accurately record, track sales activity and report in CRM system To Travel as required to drive opportunities in the territory. Continual learning to stay up to date on vertical knowledge and new technologies. Selection criteria Prior experience selling into the North American market is mandatory. Successful track record Enterprise ERP Products and Services into the US Market as an individual contributor bringing in new logos in the Retail, Manufacturing or Life Sciences Sectors for at least 3 years in the recent past. Must also have experience selling other Enterprise solutions such as CRM, Cloud & Analytics Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills. Demonstrate a passion for enabling customer success with best-fit technology solutions. 4–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on ERP (Microsoft/SAP), enterprise applications, and cloud services.
