Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) (Exp with North American Clients) Location: Bangalore (Richmond circle)(WFO) Exp with IT product sales, ERP or Software sales Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in located territory. Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calls, networking, and other lead-generation activities. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and present tailored SaaS CRM solutions. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our CRM solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology/software industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
