Role & responsibilities 1. Business Growth & Strategy: Define and execute the agencys business development strategy, aligning with long-term growth objectives. Identify new opportunities in the market by analyzing industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes. Drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions, service expansions, and improved client retention. 2. Lead Generation: Leverage digital marketing tools and strategies to identify and attract potential leads. Use online platforms, social media to generate and qualify leads. Maintain and update an organized lead database, integrating data from digital marketing campaigns and online interactions to track and manage prospects effectively. 3. Pitching, Negotiations, & Deal Closure: Own the process of delivering persuasive pitches and presentations to prospective clients, focusing on value-driven marketing solutions. Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements, safeguarding profitability and long-term sustainability. Oversee the closing of deals, setting the stage for seamless onboarding and project execution. 4. Market Research & Digital Strategy: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs and guide internal teams. Direct market research efforts to discover new opportunities and improve service offerings. Provide strategic insights into digital campaigns, collaborating with the creative and media teams to deliver impactful results for clients. 5. Reporting & Analytics: Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs), digital marketing metrics, and sales data to evaluate the agencys performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present business performance reports to the senior leadership team and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and refine strategies to meet evolving business and market needs. Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an agency in Business development, covering Lead generation, pitching digital marketing services to clients, making the scope of work, drafting contracts, and negotiating. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Negotiation & Client Relationship Skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor teams Proficient in project management, setting timelines, and task planning Attention to detail and commitment to quality Data-Driven & Analytical: Proficiency in using data to guide decision-making, measure success, and continuously improve agency processes. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Educational Requirements: Certifications/courses in Digital Marketing
