Job Title: Business Development Manager Industrial & OEM Sales Location: Noida Role Overview: As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the industrial automation space. Your primary focus will be on serving industrial machine manufacturers and OEMs. Leveraging your technical expertisepreferably from a background in sensors, bearings, or similar industrial components—you will build and nurture lasting relationships, deliver compelling sales presentations, and drive revenue growth through strategic market development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition: Identify and prospect new industrial accounts within the automation and OEM sectors. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base. Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key decision-makers at industrial machine manufacturers and OEMs. Serve as the trusted advisor, addressing technical queries and aligning our solutions with customer needs. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored value propositions and sales presentations that highlight our expertise in sensors, bearings, and automation components. Manage the full sales cycle—from initial lead generation and qualification to proposal development and deal closure. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in industrial sales, with a focus on automation solutions and OEM markets. Preferably, experience in industries related to sensors, bearings, or other industrial components. Technical & Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems. Willingness to travel as required by the role.
