Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts in our Compliance vertical . The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales approach, a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to position technology-driven compliance solutions to CXOs and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Drive acquisition of new enterprise and mid-market clients for compliance solutions Conduct in-depth needs analysis to align client challenges with our platform capabilities Collaborate with product and legal teams to create tailored proposals and solution briefs Execute outbound campaigns using industry platforms and direct outreach channels Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across verticals Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements to inform strategy Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of business development experience in compliance, legal-tech, or B2B SaaS Familiarity with regulatory requirements, statutory filings, and audit protocols Proven success in enterprise-level sales with high deal conversion rates Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Experience using LinkedIn and other B2B lead-generation platforms Compensation & Benefits (Hike as per Market Standards & Good Incentives) Show more Show less
