We are hiring for "Business Develpoment Manager", Role for one of the leading bank Experience- 4 years+ Location- Mumbai Bandra to CST Mandatory Skills- CASA, Casa sales, current account, saving account, BDM, open market, Credit card Age-upto 36 years Key Responsibilities;- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking events. Conduct meetings with prospective customers to understand their banking requirements and promote our CASA products and services. Explain the features and benefits of our CASA products to customers and address any queries or concerns they may have. Cross-sell other banking products and services to enhance the customer's banking experience and maximize revenue opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of meetings, follow-up activities, and sales pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams, including Relationship Managers and Branch Managers, to ensure a seamless customer onboarding process. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
