The company has a strong track record in diverse industries and is now focusing on the rapidly growing renewable energy sector, particularly Solar Industry Role & responsivity . Understanding of Solar Industry & Solar Financing. Connect with EPC players and channel partners in the respective territory. Business: Achieve individual targets by reaching out and tapping the full potential of the targeted customer segment within the specified region. Sourcing: Co-ordinate closely with EPC players to achieve revenue targets & ensure that the sales process is followed in letter & spirit (Productivity, Yield, Market Share and compliance to credit policy) Conversion: Convincing customers for leasing solution, negotiations as per customer & organization requirement, co-ordination with central team for PO issuance, asset procurement & day-to-day customer servicing, Leasing book building & co-ordination with dealers/OEMs for GST filing, collection of original documents etc., Collections: Responsible for complete account management. Achieve NIL overdue in first 12 months seasoning in origination and course correct exceptions based on EWS. Operating costs: Maintain expenses within Budgeted limits for its region MIS: Collate and share market information, customer insights & performance parameters in specified formats on a regular basis. Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement effective marketing activities to improve revenue by enhancing customer experience/retention.
