Job Description

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious business development managers to join our team and build a strong portfolio of B2B clients for bulk orders. To be successful as a business development executive, you should be decisive, approachable and have a keen interest in solving problems for clients. An outstanding business development personnel will keep a close eye on end-to-end cycle including clients feedback to ensure that our products & services always meet their expectations. Responsibilities: Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company. Identify trends and customer needs building a short/medium/long term business pipeline in order to meet financial goals. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales. Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. Requirements: Excellent understanding of B2B sales & relationship building. Diploma/Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Extensive sales experience. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. Neat, we'll-groomed appearance. Great networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. Sense of urgency to plan, execute and improve. Good leadership qualities & team spirit.
