Job Description

Experience Required: 5+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in the IT/AV industry. Experience in BFSI Industry will have added advantage. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Revenue Generation & Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT and AV sectors. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and close high-value deals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. Act as a point of contact for escalations, ensuring swift resolution. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the Mumbai region. Product Knowledge & Solutions Selling: Deep understanding of IT and AV solutions, including products like video conferencing systems, collaboration tools, and digital signage. Offer tailored solutions to meet the clients requirements effectively. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical support, and operations) to streamline pre-sales and post-sales processes. Participate in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and presentations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Electronics, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in sales/business development in IT/AV sectors. Strong understanding of IT/AV solutions, systems integration, and related products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
