Skills: CRM software, Negotiation skills, Team Leadership, Foreign Exchange (FX) Trading, New Business Development, Financial Services, Business English, Direct Sales, Roles And Responsibilities Responsible for achieving both individual and team sales targets. Monitor team performance and ensure collective success. Conduct cold calling to generate leads and close deals.
