Job Description

Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets in the SMB segment Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and lead generation programs Identify new business opportunities in the market and develop plans to capitalize on them Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely closure of deals Provide regular sales reports to the management team Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development for SMB Sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the SMB segment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Experience in IT sales, preferably in the Data Center Solutions, Cloud, Modern Workplace, IT enabled services, Data Warehousing, Business Analytics, RPA, and Mobility space Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
