Job Description

Business Development Manager: We are seeking a highly qualified Business Development Manager to become a part of our team with 5+ years of experience in solar Industries. Expert in EPC and Ground-Mounted systems, & PPC projects. Key Responsibilities: Ground-Mounted solar segment Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ground-mounted solar segment across industrial, commercial, and government sectors. Commercial & Industrial Rooftop Solar Segment B2B sales & B2C Sales and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in private and public sectors. Identify customer requirements and present suitable product knowledge to convert potential leads into sales. Product Presentation: Promote the companys products to prospective clients like Commercial, Industrial and Residential Customers. Negotiation & Convincing: Negotiate with clients and convince them to make purchases at mutually beneficial prices. Revenue Generation: Maximize sales and contribute to the company's revenue growth by closing deals and exploring new business opportunities. Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimise the current ones. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Energy Management or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar business development, preferably in ground-mounted and EPC projects. Strong understanding of PPC strategies and financial modelling in solar projects. In-depth knowledge of B2B solar sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
