Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship building for the UAE market . Based out of Pune , you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals with clients across the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new clients in the UAE across sectors like healthcare, education, BFSI, real estate, and e-commerce. Pitch SRV’s full suite of digital marketing services, including SEO, paid ads, branding, social media, video production, ORM, web/app development, and performance marketing. Develop a robust sales pipeline through digital outreach, referrals, and virtual networking. Work closely with internal teams to craft customized proposals and presentations tailored to UAE clients. Manage and grow relationships with existing UAE-based clients to unlock upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and client feedback from the UAE market. Requirements: 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in digital marketing or media. Prior exposure to or understanding of the UAE market, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven track record of remote selling or managing international clients. Self-starter with a strategic mindset and results-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field. Experience working with digital agencies with international clientele.
