Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Promote and market the companys services related to Taxation, Accounting, Auditing, Company Law, and allied services to potential clients. Conduct client visits, presentations, and meetings to effectively communicate the company's offerings and generate new leads. Focus on digital, telephonic, and physical outreach strategies for business development. 2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer retention and drive new business opportunities. Follow up on leads consistently to ensure business closure, maintain a steady flow of client communications, and manage any client concerns. 3. Reporting & Documentation: Provide daily reports to management on lead status, visit schedules, new leads, follow-up actions, and leads closed. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, meetings, and communications through CRM systems. 4. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure alignment of client needs and company objectives. Assist in strategizing marketing campaigns and events to promote company services. 5. Presentation Skills: Deliver effective and impressive presentations of company services to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements. Preferred candidate profile 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 2. Excellent know-how in Assurance, International Taxation, Domestic Taxation, Outsourcing, System Risk Management, & ERP Review, Start-up Services, and Corporate Advisory & Secretarial Services. 3. Demonstrated track record of success in acquiring new clients and meeting or exceeding business development targets. 4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with a keen understanding of the Indian business landscape. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience Experience 1. 2-3 year experience 2. Languages Known like Hindi, Marathi, English 3.
