Our focus is on providing high-quality, naturally blended teas to tea enthusiasts globally. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to expand the company's market presence. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales pitches and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and production teams to enhance product offerings. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning Must be fluent in English & Hindi Communication. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Proficiency in market research and analysis Project management and organizational skills Knowledge of the tea industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Who Can Apply ?
